Choose 0.00 power (plano) option from the product.
I have eye defect/astigmatism. Can i use normal lenses?
It is best to consult with your eye therapist before placing an order for normal lens. Still normal lens can be used if you are used to without your glasses.
Lens just delivered has defect, what should I do?
Do not use a defective lens. Please contact email@example.com immediately. Or you can refer to our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY for more information.
How can I confirm if the product you sell is authentic or not?
We seek for long term relation with our customers and we are very cautious about customers safety. Products we sell are 100% authentic since the beginning of our business. All products are imported directly from Korea and monitor the product and customer review accordingly. Testimonials can be found through different social medias and also in our website reviews.
Is the product price for one pair or for one lens?

How to cancel a duplicate order? (One is paid and the other is unpaid/awaiting for payment)
You needn’t worry, if it is an unpaid order. Unpaid order are not processed nor you will be charged unless you have complete procedure for order via Cash on delivery. But once you have made payment, Kindly inform us immediately sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. On your request modification on your order will be made.
