Replacement / Defected Policy
Normally we don’t replace or exchange products. Under certain circumstances only defected products can be returned/Exchanged within the period of 7 days. The first day of grace period counts from the day of the products reached to customer’s hand. Defected products means the following:
For such cases (torn/broken/expired lens) customer must sent us a clearly visible photo of the lens as a proof in order to proceed with a replacement. After the perfect inspection such defected product will void Exchangeable or refundable policy if and only if there is no sign of being used and a valid photo is presented as a proof.
Return and Exchange Policy
Following rules apply for the case of exchange upon customer’s request within 7 days of grace period.
This policy is void only for 7 days of grace period and Contactlensnepal.com reserves right not enjoy any customer complaints afterward. Other than defects complaints of product shall be handled as per case basis.
Customers may cancel the order placed after payment due to any reasons. Please inform us ASAP. Following rules apply for refund:
